Welcome to rsvip3 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("you," "your," "Member," or "User") and rsvip3 governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account you create with rsvip3 by completing the registration process.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by rsvip3, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your personal payment method into your rsvip3 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your rsvip3 Account balance to your verified personal payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, lottery draw, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account with rsvip3.
• "Stake" or "Wager" means any amount you risk on a Game outcome.
• "Terms" means this Terms & Conditions document, as updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use the Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where rsvip3 is restricted from offering its Services.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, either with rsvip3 or any other gaming operator.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) to verify your identity and age when requested.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Duplicate or multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and all associated funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Your Account is for your personal use only and is non-transferable.
• Immediately update your Account information if any details change.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the Platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or customer support agents (legitimate rsvip3 staff will never ask for your password).
• Immediately notify rsvip3 via email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

rsvip3 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rsvip3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer acceptance).

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments made on your behalf by another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your Account potentially suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless you have set a personal deposit limit through our Responsible Gaming tools. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 2-5 minutes of confirmation by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team immediately.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on rsvip3 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are outside rsvip3's control.

3.4 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit was processed incorrectly or did not credit your Account, you must notify rsvip3 within 30 days of the transaction. After this period, we reserve the right to decline refund requests. You agree to provide all necessary documentation (bank statements, transaction receipts, etc.) to assist in resolving the dispute.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name and previously verified by rsvip3.
• Your Account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• All bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

rsvip3 processes withdrawal requests within an average of 5 minutes for verified Accounts during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as the team is available. Your bank or payment provider may impose additional processing time (typically 1-3 business days for bank transfers).

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are as follows, unless you have reached a higher VIP tier with increased limits:

• Daily limit: Rp 50,000,000
• Weekly limit: Rp 250,000,000
• Monthly limit: Rp 1,000,000,000

VIP members (Gold, Platinum, Diamond tiers) enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing. Contact our VIP support team for details.

4.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, rsvip3 is required to verify your identity to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You will be asked to provide:

• A clear, color copy of your government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• For certain payment methods, a photo or screenshot of your card or e-wallet account showing your name and the last four digits of the account number.

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Once verified, your Account will remain verified for future withdrawals unless there is a change in your personal details or payment methods.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

rsvip3 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. If we detect suspicious activity — such as deposits and immediate withdrawal requests with minimal or no wagering — we reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawal processing, or close your Account and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

rsvip3 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed Account registration and identity verification. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of, for example, "30x bonus" means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before it converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution
• Sports betting: Varies by odds and bet type (typically 100% for odds above 1.50)
• Table games (non-live): 10-50% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rsvip3 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and suspend or close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes on roulette, matched betting).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds repeatedly to trigger deposit bonuses without genuine gaming activity.

5.4 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving promotional offers by contacting customer support or adjusting your communication preferences in your Account settings. However, opting out does not affect VIP cashback or loyalty rewards tied to your gaming activity.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All Games on the rsvip3 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) dealt by trained professionals. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by rsvip3 or any third party.

6.2 Fair Play

You agree to use the Service fairly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in poker or live dealer games.
• Placing bets after the outcome of an event is already known (late betting).
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest behavior.

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

6.3 Bet Settlement and Disputes

All bets are final once confirmed. If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you must notify rsvip3 within 7 days of the settlement. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, correct the bet result and adjust your Account balance accordingly. Our decision on bet disputes is final and binding.

6.4 Voided Bets

rsvip3 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors that result in incorrect odds or game outcomes.
• Bets placed after an event has already started or finished (unless live in-play betting is explicitly offered).
• Bets placed using exploited bonuses or promotional errors.
• Bets placed by restricted or excluded persons.

If a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rsvip3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of rsvip3 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written permission.
• Use any automated system (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rsvip3, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months prior to the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

rsvip3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, minus any outstanding liabilities or fees.

You may also request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you close your Account voluntarily, you must first withdraw any remaining balance and clear any pending bets.

11. Amendments to Terms

rsvip3 may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your Account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and rsvip3. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with the seat of arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia. The language of arbitration shall be English.
